Dr. Jennifer Jacobs, co-founder and CEO of Connect Our Kids, will be the speaker at this Thursday’s 6:30 PM dinner meeting at the Harvest Moon Restaurant at 7260 Arlington Blvd. Family-style Chinese dinner is $15 (cash or check).
Based in Falls Church City, Connect Our Kids is a privately funded organization collaborating with the public and private sectors to improve foster care outcomes. COK does this this through empowering child welfare professionals with intelligent technology tools. They intend to share these tools with America’s child welfare professionals in order to streamline foster care processes, and allow these professionals to focus on doing what they do best—helping children and their families.
