Small Club . . . Big Impact!

Congrats to our Rotary Club of Falls Church VA members for an awesome year of "Service Above Self"! The new Rotary year begins on July 1.

At the Rotary District 7610 Awards and Installation Banquet in Fredericksburg on Saturday, June 28, our club was honored with an array of "Avenues of Service" Awards for this Rotary Year 13/14:

Meritorious Award for Community Service (chair PP Carlota McCormack)
Meritorious Award for Vocational Service (PDG Tin Tin Raschid)
Exceptional Award for Club Service (Dr. John Karickhoff)
Exceptional Award for Public Image (Diane Hill)
Exceptional Award for Youth Service (Erica Brouillette)
Exceptional Award for overall Club Excellence!

Our Interact Club at Bishop O'Connell High School (Official School Page) was also awarded a RY13/14 Presidential Citation -- and our club received a special 13/14 Rotary "Club Central Award" from Rotary International President Ron Burton.
